Hi there. There’s a group on reddit that hasn’t made it very clear about moving to Lemmy. I wanted to start a new community for r/ErgoMechKeyboards, and wanted to share here. I posted my own keyboard for the first time on this community. Cheers!
This link will take visitors to the community through their instance ergomechkeyboards@lm.paradisus.day as long as someone has already subbed from it
There is also ergomechkeyboards@lemmy.world already, but it isn’t seeing much traffic yet
I couldnt find another ergomech subreddit (which was shocking) so thanks for sharing lemmy.world.
This is a random question, but how do you format the link to a community so that it opens on someone’s own instance?
Use a relative link (no domain at the front) like
/c/ergomechkeyboards .world
Nice, thanks!
oooh, I’ve always wanted a clicker keyboard, but can’t do non ergo. Thank you
There’s already a community over at !ergomechkeyboards@lemmy.world . It’s run by one of the admins from the subreddit. Not sure if there are any plans to move since Beehaw defederated from LemmyWorld, but it’s fairly active over there right now - come join us!
Seems like the community over at lemmy.world was deleted? At least it returns a 404 for me now :/
Nice!
We have quite a few subscribers allready over at ErgoMechKeyboards
Thanks! Love to see this take off!
I just can’t figure out how to look at your community AND follow it from mine (lemmy.ml). Once I get this step, lemmy will open up, but for now, do you know how I can do that?
