Not exactly a new one but I think this sub deserves some activity.
People at Spritely Institute are working on compiling Guile to WebAssembly, and they have made some progress now.

A Scheme that runs on wasm opens up so much possibilities and maybe I will finally be able to use Scheme to replace JS in my frontend code.
And it seems that they are aiming to generate efficient code. I wonder if the final product can compete with Chez performance-wise.comparison with LLVM-backed scheme implementations?
