Just looking for a public url to catalog my links & occasional essays so I made a Mastodon. I’m smashing that mf share button and an app would be helpful, curious which is the most ethical
All Mastodon apps I know of—official, megalodon, tusky, subway tooter, etc.—are open source. The only one that I remember being ethically dubious was Husky. It was a fork of Tusky meant to bypass some restrictions against right wing fediverse (like Gab).

I personally like Fedilab.
I think Tusky is pretty good, and my understanding is it’s built by former Twitter client devs (I forget which one, not the official app).
