How long is it meant to take for the community to be created. Its doing the same thing
Wait that’s on lemmy.ml? Sorry, I missed that part. I think they don’t allow users to make coms, you may need to ask admins. I saw a thread to suggest new coms.

Both I think? I wasn’t able to make a community on lemmy.ml either but could on lemmy.world.
