One of the many odd species that inhabit the land of Tanzanite, the Aleta are a giant species of bipedal moths that roam around the southern jungles of Yha’von, being one of several insectoid species found within the region, both in the jungles surface and into the depths of the earth.

They’re noted as being a passive race that don’t do much to directly harm travelers, they like big hugs and usually try to offer travelers guidance through the unforgiving jungles.

They often live near places with alot of natural light, being about as enthralled by these as real moths, such as underground mushroom caves deep in Yha’von, usually hiding in giant Mahogany trees to get away from the Sabiki ans Faras, which are a species of giant mind reading poison slugs and praying mantis respectively.

They, much like all the bug creatures within Yha’von, don’t speak any human languages, so no English, Greek, etc etc, so I hope you’re classes included courses on how to speak Moth.

Artwork is on the older side by around 5 years or so, so it ain’t the best quality but it’s what I got. Design and colors vary wildly but constants include giant black eyes, as all of the big buggos are drawn closer to realistically rather than anthropomorphized, a big abdomen, multiple arms, and a decent amount of fluff, though the amount varies.

undefined> There are also rumors of a moth cryptid spotted by villagers that devours sunlight, akin to a vampire that tries to destroy it’s one weakness, but nobody knows for sure on it’s existence so it’s wrapped entirely in rumor.

    I love that
