      Still a recall. Sure, they fix it OTA, but they still have to mail out notices, track fixed vehicles, provide quarterly progress reports, etc.

    The company January recalled nearly 200,000 vehicles in the U.S. because the backup camera can malfunction while the car is in reverse.

    In December, Tesla also recalled more than 2 million vehicles across four different models to fix a flaw in its Autopilot system.

      Until you find out that a “recall” is simply a software update that they send out remotely.

        ugh thats true.

        nothing to see here i guess, roll out the firmware upgrades and cars are now phones.
