Awesome, I would love this but honestly I fear opening my Deck and having to move the screen to the new shell.

Might be easier to just buy a screen on iFixit and leave your original screen be. The replacement screen comes with fresh adhesive AFAIK.
True, it make the whole process pricier tho.

Looks awesome, definitely want to get a full transparent Deck. Might be a good time to revisit my RGB mod too.
Better start going going over the ifix it shell swap page. 103 steps just to remove everything and im pretty it’s 103 steps in reverse to put back together. I’ll report back, cause I am crazy enough to try this.

Literally the only thing stopping me from getting the transparent back plate is I have big hands and sometimes rest my fingers where the metal heatsink(?) would be, otherwise I would probably already have replaced it on mine
