Washington never does well when they’re coming into, or have just had a break.
Past few years I feel like we’ve never recovered after the break
Safe to say that felt worse than I anticipated it to.
Honestly given the Caps always seem to struggle against Dallas, and Dallas is 30-13-6 and doing pretty well, I’m actually okay with how that went. I mean, a win would be good, but they looked better than I thought they would.
Not that we didn’t deserve our fourth goal, but I’ve never seen a goal called after the whistle like that. We’ll take the point.
I was certain that was going to be overturned. I was SURE of it.
