A grocery store clerk offered my son a “free” drink… If I donated to a childhood cancer treatment fund. As a society we can’t just take care of kids with cancer, but also a store clerk is forced to try and manipulate me into “resolving” it!!?
Point taken and I largely agree with the sentiment, but the clerk isn’t forced to do anything in this situation.
Let’s all individually help suffering children when and how we can in the most effective manners we can without the intervention of all the middle men and grift.
Even if someone, for whatever season, tries to manipulate you, resist that manipulation, point it out to others if you wish, and live by the example of your own moral code. That’s my $0.02 at least.
What about the jobs in the orphan crushing industry?
$100/orphan? Like, is that $100 firm or can we dicker
Don’t dick the orphans please
What are you, some kind of Democrat?
