It is certainly convenient to frame this conflict purely in terms of racial hatred. In that case you may want to take a look at all the racist and exterminationist rhetoric that comes from Israeli politicians and settlers. Israel’s ultimate goal is annexation of all Palestinian territories.
So disproportionate numbers of civilian casualties are acceptable in war? In that case, what has Hamas done wrong? Israel continually commits crimes against humanity towards Palestinians, so Israelis die.
Can’t diffrentiate between human shields (a war crime commited by Hamas) and going into a baby’s room and setting him/her on fire?

If you bomb a hospital or a school, knowing there are babies inside, it does not matter if you think a Hamas guy is in there too. Honestly consider you are the one making the call to bomb. Could you do it? I know I couldn’t. Just because you turn a blind eye to the babies that Israel knowingly burns, or because a bomb from above feels more civilized to you, doesn’t make it any different.

That is how Hamas frames it. I wouldn’t consider it convenient from Israel’s pov.
It’s very convenient for Israel to pretend that Hamas has no reason other than racism to hate Israel.
Hamas executed Palestinians in the past for being gay, not paying bribes or being part of another political party.
Israel slaughters thousands just for being Palestinian.
