Donald Trump, Rudy Giuliani, and others are accused of conspiring to illegally reverse the 2020 election victory of President Joe Biden in Georgia.

Donald Trump will be arraigned Sept. 6 in Atlanta in the criminal case where he is accused of conspiring to overturn the 2020 presidential election in Georgia.

His former lawyer Rudy Giuliani will be arraigned later that day, as will 17 other defendants, including Trump White House chief of staff Mark Meadows, a court docket shows.

Trump and the others are charged with a plot to reverse the victory of President Joe Biden in the state.
