I don’t think she’s on the same level as MLK or Gandhi, but she might be the closest we’ve had in a while? Especially in the West?

I heard that mlk and Gandhi were socialist, no idea about Greta.

civil disobedience and dismantling the systemic racism that is enabled by capitalis

I don’t know the details, but isn’t Greta related to extinction rebellion which does civil disobedience, and the future for Friday movements which also does limited civil disobedience? To tackle the problems of climate change enabled by capitalism?

Extinction Rebellion is about as much of a liberal pseudo-anarchist movement as you can get. They actually came to prominence because they would get on top of trains, block highways, etc., to stop people from going to work just to protest, thus literally putting hundreds if not thousands of people at risk of losing their jobs. Not exactly a proletarian movement if you ask me.

Don’t all mass ish protests risk thousands losing their jobs?

The handful of protests I’ve been to, a good portion blocked roads. Heck, most carnivals I’ve been to block roads.

What is BLM politically? liberal pseudo-anarchist too?
