I’m trying to find a client, Windows, Linux or Android, which has Extension Jingle Encrypted Transports (XEP-0396). Anyone has any ideas?
If it has, I assume it would also already have OMEMO (XEP-0384) and Jingle calls (XEP-0166).

Yeah, I have that one, and it does have OMEMO (XEP-0384) and Jingle calls (XEP-0166), but I can’t find anything in the documentation about XEP-0396.
