Whether or not this specific report is eventually validated, Nintendo has been on a ticking timer ever since Furukawa’s statement earlier this year. The egg of Switch’s successor has exited the company’s developmental cloaca and they can only incubate it for so long before the farmers at mass production swing by the coop for pickup. I am not good with metaphors but Switch 2 is by all means finally afoot.
