It’s unfortunate that it works this way, but I’m hoping the more dire the situation becomes, the more grassroots this whole operation will become again. For Mozilla to be truly independent, their financing needs to come from grassroots.
We’re obviously not there yet, so grassroots taking over the PR work when Mozilla can’t, that’s already a solid step in the right direction.
