Suicide is seen as a weakness, so I think that necessarily means that making fun of it is masculine coded and patriarchal.
It’s the difference between:
Funny: If you feed white people spicy food they will die lmao
Not funny: I am actually glad that the opioid epidemic is happening! Please I want to see more overdoses in West Virginia!
