The sad truth is that with only personal mail you will never send enough to get a reputation at most providers. GMail will probably learn that you are good and if you are lucky Microsoft and Apple. But past that you will always struggle to have reliable inbox delivery and will always be worried that mail you send to new contacts gets put into the spam filter.

I run my own incoming email but can’t recommend running your own outbound. It is just not worth the cost to deal with these issues.
