Really, that’s all. Going through the despair-shaped ringer again after seeing photos of a friend who told me she still masks every day unmasked at a sporting event with her team across the world in Europe right now. I need to know there are still people out there who care, and I need them in my world. There’s not much of it left.

    I’m still here and caring and right there with you wondering if anyone out there still cares. I guess we’ve got each other. I just wish the people I love and care for also cared. I get treated like I’m insane not just for my covid precautions, but for not doing the things I can’t do due to my disability. Things I wouldn’t be able to do even if covid didn’t happen. It’s like covid brought to surface and ableism that mostly existed in hushed terms (and don’t get me wrong, that ableism is as old as time, not implying it’s a new thing).
