  • I’m on arch and just got back into using linux after playing around with it years ago. I’ve managed to get a lot of things working on it just fine, like Diablo 4 and various software not packaged specifically for arch, which forced me to learn the system I am using.

    It’s exactly what I want!

The fediverse seems interested in seeing these people die. I understand these people suck a lot, but wishing death is pretty fucked up. Something I’d expect from Reddit.

  • If steam is primary for gaming, it has an option to run all your games on Linux via proton, so look into that. For blizzard games, Lutris works well. I’ve had the least hassle with getting it work on Fedora and (surprisingly) Arch Linux.

However, if using Lutris, things tend to be a lot easier with an AMD card than an nVidia card.

On my arch pc, I have yet to run into any issues with pc gaming or anything else. But I’d recommend using fedora kde for simplicity sake.

  • Before d4 release, I knew d4 was going to have its three weeks with me before I play ff16. I played d4 for a week before deciding to stop and let some patches roll through with changes I want before picking it back up. Leveling is not interesting to me at this moment.

Ff16 is incredibly fun and I can’t wait to start the game over from the beginning, even though I played the demo.
