I would say yes they are however apart from First Contact I found them lacking compared to the ToS movies.

I’ve just finished the first 6 movies over the last week and plan on watching the TNG ones again this weekend so I may change my opinion. We shall see 😁

After watching season 1 of Lower Decks and SNW I could see this conversation going exactly like this.

It reminds me of when Gmail first came about and was invite only. Lots of posing online that people had a Gmail address and that somehow made them super special.

Probably Barry’s world back in the day when I played Dark Age of Camelot and Day of Defeat. The online world was smaller then and communities felt more genuine although that may just be rose tinted glasses.

My favourite memory was when I was working for Blueyonder on the night shift in 2002. I took a call and a lady was having connection issues for an online game…turns out she was also playing DAoC on the same server and faction that I was.

I just finished my first full run through of DS9 despite watching it when it came out (I got distracted by hormones).

It is such a good series. The character development really was top notch.
