Nice to see some work being done there! The Standard was great, but I don’t know if the location was able to support it. Then COVID came in and the place was done for.
With the new development at Staebler and Park, and the sub being built on Liberty, and the wider focus of Sam Hill, hopefully they’ll be able to stick around!
