Spoken like a true populists. It’s not about the content of the policy but how they are made, only that they’re made like they are in every member state, usually enjoy a vast support in every country and create a benefit for the people. See USB-C rules. If the opposition is only how those policies and laws are made, the critic is not substantial. In every country sone rural voters influence the life of city people and vice versa. It’s the same with the EU, just bigger. Please tell me what people actually reject. This was not supposed to be a got ya question. If the only criticism is the order of the union then it’s not the policies fault but rather how populists speak about it

What EU policies do you have in mind that are bothersome to populists?

Ich find’s unangemessen hart. Am Ende bin ich derjenige, der höhere Kosten für ein Ticket hat was für mich ja soweit OK ist, aber damit fällt meine Weihnachtsfeier für mich flach.

Wenn warngestreikt werden soll, sollen sie ein paar Stunden machen, dass mindestens eine, besser zwei Wochen vorher ankündigen oder am besten den Güterverkehr bestreiten, nicht den Personenverkehr. Sollen sie streiken wie die Busfahrer in Japan, einfach keine Tickets mehr kontrollieren und kein Geld kassieren. Das tut dem Arbeitgeber weh, wenn man es richtig macht. Dieses aggressive Vorgehen gegen Passagiere in der Weihnachtszeit erhöht bei mir nicht den Druck auf die Bahn, sondern unsympatisiert die GDL. Mal ehrlich, glaubt ihr die Bahn Oberbonzen interessiert das einen Dreck, ob wir Zug fahren können? Im ÖPNV hat eh jeder ein Abo oder Deutschlandticket.

Da habe ich meine ganze Verkehrsorganisation auf den ÖPV ausgelegt und so wird es mir gedankt. Ich kann den Bahnmitarbeitern kein Angebot machen.

Check jitsi meet (meet.jit.si) It is a free service based on an open source framework and runs fine in a browser. I don’t know of it can handle 32 but during the pandemic it was used for online classes.
