Have you seen the videos of their jackbooted thug brutalizign old people, sometimes fatally?
If you piss somebody off enough, they can become irrational. The law calls the phenomena “Extreme Emotional Disturbance”, and give discounts for it.
But pay no attention to that; for the most part, as Shakespeare Wrote, “The law is an ASS”!.
