You’d have to allow the lands though, I don’t think there’s close to enough of them and there’re your basic resource for play.

There are more artifact creatures you’ll want to kill than outlaws. But a mix is probably best.

I can see Blue instant speed + plotting being horrible to play against. Handy that instants and plot have anti-synergy.
