As soon as I got in, I searched “Menopause”, but need to spend some time exploring.

Learning new things is good for our brain and I get all that but also… 😩 ! (😂)

How do we follow a board here…? 😬 I’m looking for the right thing to click and not guess I’m just not finding it…
