I love the fact that the thread starts with “anticommunism is bad” and then proceeds to use anticommunist arguments

highlights:

  • Stalin was nazbol
  • Lenin was fascist
  • ML has nothing to do with Marx or Lenin

From the highlights they sound like trots but +1 where they call Lenin a fascist too. Reading it…

Korin sounds like a trot. The overall theme seems to be anarchistic leftists buy into Marx but they don’t understand Marxism-Leninism or how it ties into Marxism. Tillian makes a reference to a famine happening because of Stalin in their country, so I’m guessing they’re Ukrainian? Unclear as to whether they call Ukraine home or if they’re physically there right now. Inker raccoon thinks a lady who sold ice cream to finance an assassination of a puppet that (from what I understand) was intended to spark a revolution, is someone to first take knowledge from on a subject of which she did not observe nor was involved in. Inker wants “libertarian socialism” (so I’m taking that as deindustrialized social democracy which is an oxymoron under US capital’s reign, a product of idealism…making them a state tool as that’s what the CIA pushes as the ideology of the faux left), and they have an ass-backwards understanding (or a lack thereof) on the topic of Bolsheviks v Mensheviks, and they finish off their crack-laced tangent by using recycled word vomit to twist the DotP into a dictatorship against the proletariat.

The raccoon seems to be the trouble maker in the thread, the others are mostly taking lead from them. Their pette bourgeois parents must have been quite strict for them to rebel against “authority” to such a degree yet still love capitalism. It’s been my experience that these anarchists/trots that are deep into the history of it all have themselves a history of disagreement with authority figures with a material interest in maintaining capitalism as growing up in a pette bourgeois household.
