    Yeah, if you ignore the ratios, “NaCHO” represents every sodium salt of an organic compound containing only carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen. There are many of these compounds.

    Sodium acetate? “NaCHO.”

    Baking soda? “NaCHO.”

    Bar soap? “NaCHO.”
