Possibly they can’t be included in the first place (e.g. EU users), but it’s a pretty big screw up to hide one’s status on such an important privacy setting.

Ok, so how do I as a user access these to change those settings please?
If they’re hiding them, chances are it’s only going to get worse, not better.
