Why the f is this down voted. This is the answer right here people. Also you don’t want to talk to happy people. You want to talk to the miserable people. They are the ones that let you rule out things that make them miserable that you can ignore or are deal breakers.

not sure if in other fields, but you’ll be surprised how much you can guess from a technical interview in engineering (not the HR ones of course)
