The problem with D&D as a digital game is that it has near limitless possibilities, by design. Good luck programming in every “I try to seduce [literally anything]” response a bard will want, or every “I try to steal [literally anything] from [literally anything]” a thief will want.
And in the end, I think the hi jinx is what a lot of people play for. Not a linear story.
