    As a joke, it’s great.

    But no DM with half a brain allows that kind of thing unless they’re running a chaos game by intent. You can’t fucking seduce everything, and you can’t always attempt it.

      and technically you can’t critical fail an ability check. A legendary bard for example doesnt have 5% chance of giving a terrible performance, its always at least good.

      Agreed, big red flag for the DM. “roll to seduce” is just cringe. You can’t just seduce guards arresting you.

          I mean it depends on how you do it. If you roleplay flirting and roll some persuasion checks, sure that’s fun. But saying “I roll to seduce” is cringe.

        It works all the time in the movies. Blondes in convertible cars in California flirting their way out of tickets seems like a popular Hollywood trope.
