A lot of people with guns and land usually have their own range in Texas at least the rich do. The people who aren’t as rich but use guns usually have a hunting lease that doesn’t care what they’re shooting so they’ll set up their own range there. I’ve shot plenty of guns in my life but I’ve never been to a range
