I got my SteamDeck yesterday and wanted to get some ROMs onto it. So I got myself a USB Stick and an adaptor to convert from USB A to USB C. I plugged it in and my Steam Deck didn’t recognize the USB-Stick. I tried it with different USB Sticks and I even have a 2in1 USB-Stick with A on the one and C on the other end. Didn’t work either.

Due to my SteamDeck loading, I don’t think my SteamDeck is broken. If needed I could provice the adaptor and sticks I used, if the problem might be on that end.

I would be very thankful for any solutions!

Same thing here. Software issue it seems on the OLED model. Some USB-C adapters don’t work even though they do on the old Steam Deck.

I have to use my dock to use USB sticks now which still works. Kind of annoying, I hope valve fixes it.

What’s the filesystem for the card and are you going to desktop mode to open it?
