I realize Steam Deck is not a young kids gaming platform, but my 1st grade twin girls loved Hogwarts Legacy so much they asked Santa for their own PC so they don’t have to share mine.

Now that I’ve got two Decks in front of me, I realize most of these games require literacy level above that of a 7 year old 1st grader.

Hogwarts only requires reading the dialog options. Which they can sound out, and realize the first one is normally ok. But even “Lego Brick Tales” requires a modicum of reading.

Do you guys have some good game options for the illiterate among us? Thanks.

    I think they should be attending the Derek Zoolander Center for Kids Who Can’t Read Good and Who Wanna Learn to Do Other Stuff Good Too. Might do a little better than some video games
