I’m trying to troubleshoot some RAM issues I’ve been having. I’ve reached out to support, and they’re suspicious that it’s my memory, but I’m almost sure it’s not the issue.

It was working fine for about a month, and then all of a sudden my screen went dark and it hasn’t been working except for when I leave the right ram slot empty.

For troubleshooting, I’ve tried every combination of inserting the RAM sticks. No matter which ram stick I put on the left side it works, but when I put a ram stick on the right side it doesn’t work. I’ve tried one at a time and all together, and it’s consistently the right side not working.

Can anyone else confirm this ram works for them or if they’ve had issues themselves?

Edit: I do have the latest firmware version if that’s of importance.
