Arrived today. Plugged it in using official charger… Nothing. Held the power button… Nothing. Left charging for 6 hours… Nothing.
I’m assuming dead on arrival. Anything I should check first before contacting support?

• With the unit off (in your case, duh), hold the VOL- and the Quick Access Menu (AKA (…)) button down. Quick press the power button. • You should see the power LED blink a few times • It may take a minute or two, but you should see a boot after that

Glad I could pass on the help! Mine arrived today and has been smooth sailing but I was soaking up little bits of info like this on the lead up incase of any issues!
