Anyone have any idea how to turn this on for Windows 10? I have a new AMD 7040 series and installed Win10 like an idiot and now cant upgrade to Win11 as TPM2.0 is off and I cant seem to turn it on. I also don’t want to do a fresh install as I already paid for a Win10 key and don’t want a buy a new Win11 license, unless there’s a way to do a totally fresh install and keep the Win10 key. Thanks

Keep in mind that many features of the CPU and GPU are turned off by default on Windows 10 with 5th and 7th Gen Ryan’s as they were developed for Windows 11.

Not really. All the CPU cores are identical on the AMD CPUs framework ship.

The AMD chips with X3D and Zen 4c would benefit from the scheduler improvements in Windows 11, as do Intel chips from 12th gen onwards as they have performance and efficiency cores.
