I got the OLED recently, have terrible button sticking issues on buttons X, Y, and B. I’ve tried playing many hours through the weekend in an attempt to ‘unstick’ them but it just isn’t working out.
My 512gb LCD deck has perfect buttons, and so I’d really prefer to just return and use the LCD going forward. I’ve submitted a ticket based on my issues and asked to return, but I was wondering if I could just instigate the return myself, seeing as it’s under 14 days?
I checked the return policy and it notes that items returned must be in ‘new’ condition. Does that mean if it’s been opened and used it can no longer be returned? Thanks.
Currently having the same issue. Although it’s only my A and X buttons that are doing that. This got me pretty bummed out too. Im trying to assess what I should do.
Yes you can return under warranty if its not working properly, like every device.
I would wait for their response though, don’t just send back with no information.
