Anyone else have their deck coming from CEVA CLS RANCHO and not have the tracking update since thanksgiving morning? I’m starting to get worried that something went wrong….
(Ordered the LE the day after launch and it’s going to south fl if that matters)

Shipping update! I did recieve my steam deck at around noon! Loving it so far! Hopefully you recieve yourself today!
This is exactly where I’m at lol. I ordered and hoped to get it before my conference on Thursday but it’s starting to look like I’ll have to wait until next week.
I finally got an update today. It made it to a facility about 40 minutes away at 1 am. Hopefully that means it’ll change to deliver tomorrow soon and I can take it with me on my trip.
Shipping update. My package is scheduled for delivery for tomorrow. I took the precaution and requested a hold for pickup at the UPS store
This happened to me too. My SDs been in town for 4 days. UPS just misses me I guess, and so my SD has been big chilling in a truck or center while I wait. It said it was going to drop it off at a UPS local store down the street but they haven’t received it either. Getting really fucking pissed.
Omg I’m having the exact same problem. There has been absolutely no updates. I have no idea where my steam deck is. It’s really a nail biting experience. I’ve never encountered an experience like this. It’s been days without a single update. I’m a bit fearful.
I’m glad it’s not just me! Are you also in Florida? I’ve never had this happen before and I buy a lot of stuff online. I’m wondering if it won’t just randomly show up one day like what happened to another person here who made a post saying that orders going to the south east us have been having this issue and some packages have just shown up, with no tracking updates at all.
UPS emailed me to say my package from them would be delivered today… but I got the Steam Deck a couple days ago.
Maybe they’ll bring me another!
