I would like to self-host RADIUS server in my home lab.

• OpenLDAP
• FreeRADIUS
• phpLDAPadmin

>>> May I know below 3 applications is sufficient?

Since I read some article that to install 5 applications

• OpenLDAP
• FreeRADIUS
• phpLDAPadmin
• MariaDB
• daloRADIUS

>>> OpnLDAP and phpLDAP is existed, why still need MariaDB & daloRADIUS ?

Or there are 2 approach.

Option A

• OpenLDAP
• FreeRADIUS
• phpLDAPadmin

Option B

• OpenLDAP
• MariaDB
• daloRADIUS
