Need suggestions for 24port ethernet + 4x sfp+ that is power efficient

Needs to support vlans and have a decent mgmt interface, hopefully not an EOL model, I’d like SW updates.

Checked everyhting in rack to see if I could optimize something, my current oob switch, mostly running 20x ports for ethernet + 2x sfp+ here is pulling 179w at idle (10G base T ports so yeah, but they do use a fascinating amount just running 1G) (yay for new pdus with meterd outlets btw) (currently have a hpe flexfabric, older h3c comware model.

Eventhough its winter and heat is nice, Im running out of power for my rack and homelab and rather use some of that power for compute/extra node/something cooler than oob.

Im used to arista/dell os9/10 / cisco / hpe h3c/aruba/ juniper/mikrotik CLI, so mostly anything goes.Psu to port airflow is ideal, but not a limiting factor.

I know arista from 7050 to 7060 and such really lower power consumption but dont know their entire lineups for SKUS which would be suitable.

Mikrotik does have a super power efficient 24 port model, but no proper PSU/redundant psu and that swos verions seems a bit janky, also no console output :|

please no unifi suggestions

budget is flexible, hopefully less than 500.
