I know people in this sub have had negative experiences with bitdeals.tech but I’ve always had good luck with them, until now that is. I ordered some drives back in September. They finally arrived at the end of October. 2 of the 3 were DOA. I got no reply from support and now the site is showing unavailable. I’m leaning towards doing a chargeback as it looks like they might be gone for good.

    I’ve had a similar experience. I ordered 4 drives in August and one was DOA. 2 months later I managed to get a replacement from them but that was also DOA. Silence since then. Went through Paypal and supposedly they were getting me a refund equivalent to the worth of one drive, but it hasn’t gone through yet. First issue I’ve had with them, sad if they’re gone… Dunno where else to consistently get such good deals on drives.

      If you or anyone knows a good alternative source, please share! I was actually seriously considering a bunch of stuff from them in recent history, and now I’m glad I didn’t! But now I have no idea where I can find drives for good prices (HDDs SSDs whatever).
