Exactly what the title says. I just really don’t understand why it’s so damn hard to get hired as a student. I’m trying to become certified. Plenty of hospitals take so much interest and reach out to me because I’m a student, but then I still don’t get hired because they’re “looking for someone more experienced/certified”. It’s seriously a paradox that is really wearing me down and making me lose faith in my career.

How do I deal with this career fatigue and loss of faith?
