well, I once was talking with a person at school and I asked them what they thought about the city and they said it’s really similar to both Albuquerque and 1990’s California, and it’s very hot. I still don’t know what they meant by that so I saw some pictures of Albuquerque and, yes, they were right. For context, I live in another country that has close ties to the United States, so maybe that’s why!!

I see that Coahuila is south of Texas. I don’t actually known how it works in Mexico, but here, Northern New Mexico, which includes Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Taos and so on, is very different culturally than southern New Mexico, with is more like West Texas. The traditional cuisine of true New Mexico in general is very similar to Chihuahua, though, I’ve learned.
If you visit NM, I suggest visiting Taos and Santa Fe. They most uphold the Native/Hispanic traditions that best represent the true spirit of New Mexico and our heritage.
