I just stopped Ozempic (Wegovy’s less potent brother), because I felt like hot garbage the entire time. I’m a type 2 diabetic, and it did a fantastic job of controlling my blood sugar, so much so I could eat rice again. But every day I felt like crap. Even after being on it for nearly three months.
Hours spent in the bathroom because I didn’t know when I’d be able to go. Feeling nauseous randomly during the day.
It was awful. I don’t think I ever got the GI paralysis but everything definitely slowed down. I miss the blood sugar control, but I’ll have to find something else.
What about the GI “paralysis”?

Yeah, I haven’t heard any “good” stories. It’s definitely one of those treatments might be worse than the illness.
