Holy crap this episode was insane. I have read the manga, so the story didn’t surprise me, but I think they managed to take everything I loved about these fights and push it beyond every expectation I had (and I had high expectations for this episode).

    Imagine how Jogo feels.

About Sukuna’s technique though, it definitely just looks like he just understands cursed techniques on a different level and thats why he can do that fire arrow thing.

Im wondering why it still hasnt been explained though because im thoroughly expecting something different because of how much it is being kept a mystery.

I think when Sukuna acknowledged Jogo’s strength at the end, he was feeling bittersweet. On one hand, being acknowledged by the strongest curse is an achievement, and would heal Jogo’s crushed ego after facing Gojo twice, but on the other hand, he realised he was going to die, and that’s scary.

Are you caught up with the manga, or are anime only? Because there is a lot more to discuss, but I don’t want to give you manga spoilers, especially since Lemmy’s spoiler syntax doesn’t work on most apps so I can’t write it here without ruining it for people.
