    I have the opposite problem. The water bottle/glass is my fidget thingy. If I need to think for a second, I’ll take a sip. During workdays I during about 4l a day.

    Get a big ass jug (or stein!) full of water. Sit it next to your computer… watch it disappear magically.

    Just wanted to share a tip from something I started doing recently:

    I got one of those vacuum thermal bootles that keep the water temperature for a long time and I LOVE drinking thr water painfully cold. With that bootle in front of me I end up drinking it so quickly because it is always cold the way I like. If you’re a freezing cold water lover, try to get one of those bootles and keep them around!

    Not to be pedantic but wasn’t SpongeBob already in water? He would’ve absorbed and been filled with water, so those pictures mean the meme writer was totally hydrated, yes?
