He’s not even banished from the US. He’s free to come back anytime Putin gives him permission. And one quick point of clarification. He didn’t actually flee to Russia. He just fled the United States ending up in Russia. There are places he would have much rather gone but did not have the opportunity and avoid extradition. And honestly I think at this point he would probably much rather be back here himself. And not the pet /trophy of a murderous autocrat. Honestly I’d like to see him back for multiple reasons myself. And the US minimally sentence him if at all.
