Right now I’m trying to reach 85kgs of body weight in a month or three, in a healthy way of course. Currently sitting at around 78-80kgs.
Also took up squats again after a lengthy period of not doing it due to pretty big lower back issues (caused by leg press, of all things). Trying to take it a little bit easier and to keep form in mind. Currently doing 80kgs but I hope to reach 150kg before summer starts.
Also liking this job alcohol thing so I might just try to keep sober as well.
I just need to stop getting injured. I don’t know it I’ll ever be as explosive as I was a few years ago as I’m pretty sure some of the tendons in my rotator cuff are degenerate. But I just want to do one arm pullups again, just one more time would be enough. I’m starting from absolutely 0 added weight on my pullups and assisted one arm pullups (one foot on the ground/bench, one arm on the bar). Just going to take it day to day, seeing how my shoulders feel, and working with that.
