I’m getting endless pcie errors on 9300-16i with the official TrueNAS/ixSystems 16.0.12.0 version.

Does anyone have an IT mode updated firmware for it?

Do you have something like UEFI secureboot enabled on your side? They tend to work best as a CSM install…
Had a similiar issues with a SAS3000 based card when I had a boards Board bios updated to default to UEFI Secure Boot when I changed a Ryzen 5 3600 for a Ryzen 5600G (mostly because I needed the GPU for a PiKVM)
